MS. MANSI SANKLA

DIRECTOR

Mansi Sankla represents the second generation of Sankla Family. She joined the business in 2020 after completing her Bachelors in Architecture from BNCA, India and Master in Management from Warwick Business School, UK. Her buoyancy in synergising design and management to create additional value in the real estate industry drove her to join the family real estate business in India.

Mansi oversees the design, sales and marketing verticals. She firmly believes flexibility and swift adaptation to innovation are vital to the company’s success. Her clear long term vision, commitment to her duties, unwavering hard work and youthful energy drive her thought process as she aspires to create a futuristic architectural environment for the organisation.

MR. RAHUL SANKLA

Mr. Rahul Sankla is a man of his words and holds himself to high standards. He began his journey as an Industrialist; however his strong inclination towards building something solid and innovative drove him into real estate. Now with an experience of more than a decade in real estate Mr Rahul has ventured into the warehousing industry as well.

It’s been 25 years since the inception of Roshan Group; Mr Rahul is believed to have a customer driven approach and transparency in business operations. Making Roshan Group a brand synonymous with trust, quality, and on-time delivery across all the business verticals.

He is a F.C.P, Board Member of JITO Pune chapter, and Trustee, Convener of JATF, Pune. He is also an active member of CREDAI and NAREDCO.

MR. MAYUR DUDHEDIA

A Civil Engineer with vision, determination, and the strong-willed perseverance to excel in the field of quality & delivery. He is constantly innovating, upgrading technology to make construction activity more durable and maintenance free. Mr Mayur is the chief civil coordinator of the group; his Rich experience of handling construction projects since last 18 years is a robust technical support whenever required to the project planning and execution team.

With vast experience in field of construction of residential complexes, industrial sheds, peb structures & infra- development, Mr Mayur has a complete array of skills required for project execution and development
